Who is the Relocate to France Virtual Summit for?
The Virtual Summit is for anyone who wants to learn more about moving to and living in France – whether in 3 months, 3 years, or more! The Summit will provide valuable information and resources for everything from preparing your visa application, to finding a place to live, to ensuring your taxes and financial situation are done right.
What if I already live in France?
You can attend the Relocate to France Summit even if you already live in France! We are going to have multiple sessions on taxes, financial planning, the healthcare system, and more, so you can absolutely learn more about the ongoing French admin you’ll need to complete even if you’re already here. We also have a special paid offer for people who have already located to France, to help you understand what admin you have already completed and what is still left to do.
Where will the presentation event sessions take place?
All event sessions will take place on Zoom. We will have:
– One Webinar Zoom session for all live presentations. This link will be included in all event reminder emails.
– One Zoom Meeting room with pre-set breakout rooms that will serve as the virtual exhibition hall.
– One Zoom webinar room for our panels on Retirement Relocation and Self-Employment and Business Creator Relocation.
The zoom links for each session will be included in the event registration and reminder emails.
Will the recordings be available for those who cannot attend live?
Yes, every presentation will be recorded and uploaded to the platform Kajabi for attendees to watch until the end of 2025. If you cannot attend all sessions live and would like to watch the replays, you should purchase the All-Access Pass for $97.
What if I need assistance during the event?
If you need help finding a session or a breakout room, we’ll have a chat channel specifically for helping attendees connect with the right sessions and find the virtual stands they most want to visit. Plus, during the Virtual Exhibition Hall, a Summit Organizer will be available in the main exhibition hall to help orient you to the sessions you’d like to attend.
Where can I access the presentation recordings?
If you purchase the all-Access pass, you will automatically be granted access to a “course” called Relocate to France Virtual Summit in the platform Kajabi, owned and managed by summit organizer Your Franceformation. You should receive an email providing the login details and a temporary password to the email address you used to sign up for the event. As the event progresses, we will upload the unedited event recordings to this platform, the morning (France time) after each day of the event.
Do I have to register to attend the summit live?
Yes. All attendees must register to attend the summit live. Registration is done through our temporary popup community in the Heartbeat app. Once you register, you can RSVP to any and all events and access resources like the Summit Guide when they are published. Email reminders and zoom links for the events will come from the Heartbeat app
What if I'm not moving to France for a few years?
Even if you plan on moving to France in a few years, or you don’t yet have concrete plans for your relocation, you can still benefit from the Relocate to France Virtual Summit. You’ll learn valuable information about how French bureaucracy operates, how to plan your timeline, and what financial and tax planning steps you can take now to ensure your move later is a success.

Each partner and presenter has a virtual stand where you will be able to meet with them during the Exhibition Hall sesssions, plus, they have a profile with contact info and resources. You can reach out directly or book a consultation during the sesssions or after the event.
What will you do with my personal data?
We follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and event organizers do not pass along your details without your consent. However, we are required to process certain data for organizing the event. If you submit questions for the presentations, your name, email, and questions will be collected and passed along to the relevant presenter.
Please refrain from sharing personal information in the sessions or popup community that you may not want others to know.
Your data will not be sold or compromised and you can delete it at any time. We will close the community and delete all chats and profiles at the conclusion of the event.
